<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting open or closed condition such as door opening using information storage memory device which can perform radio communication. <P>SOLUTION: By this method, location information is stored in an information storage memory device, and the memory device is scanned by radio communication. A cutoff mechanism of radio communication operates corresponding to door opening and closing, as the result the detected condition is changed, and this change is judged as the door opening or closing.
