<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured sulfo-group-containing epoxy resin film having a practical ion conductivity and excellent in methanol resistance and methanol blocking properties; and an ionic conductive polymer film comprising the same and used for fuel cells. <P>SOLUTION: The cured sulfo-group-containing epoxy resin film is prepared by sulfonating a cured epoxy resin film which is prepared preferably by curing a high-molecular-weight epoxy resin having a weight average molecular wight of 5,000 or higher with a curing agent.
