摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operator of a support apparatus visually observe conditions of individual user's image processors on a display to quickly specify trouble conditions, thereby giving suitable instructionS to the user for countermeasure of the main cause of a occurring trouble.

SOLUTION: A memory Box discriminates results of various job processings operated by a user and original image information by each job, to store and control them on a hard disc 1008. In response to the request of the user, the support apparatus displays the stored job process information and original image information sent from an image processor after acquiring these information.
