<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens easily and precisely positioned in directions (x), (y) and (z) on the slide/base of an optical pickup device and easily, wherein the correction of the tilt (skew) of its optical axis to the surface of an optical disk is accurately performed, and also to provide an objective lens driving device and the optical pickup device which are equipped with the objective lens. <P>SOLUTION: The objective lens 11 where a ring-shaped projection 12 is formed of a projection whose cross section is triangular along a circle with center at the apex of the objective surface 11s through which the optical axis passes on the objective surface 11s, is held by the objective lens driving device 23, and is attached and fixed on the slide/base 21 of the optical pickup device 20 chucked horizontally after adjusting its positions in the directions (x), (y) and (z) and the tilt of the optical axis, while observing the interference image or the interference ring 12' of the objective lens 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
