<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a NRD (non radiative dielectric wave) guide that allows transmission with a small loss even over the milli-wave zone of 30 GHz and more and that allows to be used in the connection structure of a dielectric waveguide. <P>SOLUTION: In the NRD guide A that consists of the arrangement of a dielectric line 3 between first and second plane conductors 1 and 2, a NRD guide A is provided with an aperture 4 in the first conductor plate 1 of the strong electric field part of the standing wave of the LSM (local sewer manual) mode of the NRD guide A.
