<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device of a fuel cell in which an information amount is made little, a constitution is simplified, a contour can be made small, and a price can be lowered. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell in which a plurality of unit cells are coupled in series is constituted to include a differential amplifier to output a voltage of the unit cell, a comparator to output a digital signal of 0 (zero) or 1 by verifying the voltage of the unit battery outputted by the differential amplifier with, for example, the reference voltage generated by a reference voltage generator, and an arithmetic device to confirm respective voltage outputs by the digital signal from the comparator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
