<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance directivity and reflection efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a plurality of transparent balls 1 with a reflection film 2 on the ball surface while leaving a surface for incident/outgoing light, a transparency keeping film 3 enclosing the transparent balls 1, and a substrate 4 for supporting the transparency keeping film 3, the transparent ball 1 is constituted so that the parts 1a for the incident/outgoing light of respective transparent balls 1 are positioned on a side opposite to the substrate 4 and oriented in the same direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
