<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system operation diagnostic support method for enabling a user to quickly, simply, and accurately perform diagnostics even though the user is in his/her own company, and to provide a system operation diagnostic support system and a program for making a computer function as a system operation diagnostic support means. <P>SOLUTION: A company system manager transmits company information such as the scale and characteristics of his/her own system and system operation information such as problems to an information center terminal 20 from his/her own user terminal 10 through a communication network 100. The information center terminal 20 generates system operation example information on the basis of the transmitted company information and system operation information and transmits the system operation example information to the user terminal 10. When the user next selects an interesting example among examples displayed on the user terminal 10, the system operation example information, the user company information and the system operation information are transmitted to a diagnostic terminal 30.
