<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a change notification processor for dealing with a change notification by inputting change information and automatically generating a required notification when there is a change in personal information stored for each piece of personal identification information. <P>SOLUTION: A change determining part 14 retrieves personal information that corresponds to an inputted national uniform number from a personal information file 21 wherein personal information is stored for each identification number, compares the personal information with contents of the change information and determines change items on the basis of a change event table 22. A change data classifying/editing part 15 retrieves a change notification and notification destinations necessary for the change from the change event table 22, a relevant event table 23 and a notification destination information file 24 and retrieves required data from the personal information that corresponds to the change event and the resident identification number. The change data classifying/editing part 15 generates information about the notification destinations and a change notification data file on the basis of the retrieved data, and a transmitting part 17 transmits the notifications to the prescribed notification destinations on the basis of the change notification data file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
