<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive composition excellent in abrasive speed and providing a good finish after polishing. <P>SOLUTION: In an aqueous emulsified composition containing an abrasive grain, a lubricating oil, an organic solvent, a surface active agent, a thickener, and water, as the surface active agent, (a) a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester having HLB of 13-17, (b) a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester having HLB of 10-12 and/or a polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester, and (c) a sorbitan fatty acid ester having HLB of 1.5-9 and/or a glycerine fatty acid ester are used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
