<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copy-protection paper wherein a latent image part becoming a hidden pattern cannot be visually recognized, and a difference between the original paper and a copied paper can be made clear by surely presenting the hidden pattern when being copied by any kind of copying machine, and troublesomeness and costs do not increase, and security documents using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This copy-protection paper 1 comprises a background part 10 and the latent image part 20. The background part 10 is made of a line pattern, and the latent image part 20 is made of a line pattern of which the line width W2 is 1/2 of the line pattern of the background part 10, and which comprises aggregate of two straight lines. Pitches P1 and P2 of the two line patterns are equal and in parallel for the copy-protection paper 1. Then, a gap SP is provided at a boundary between the line pattern for the background part 10 and the line pattern comprising the aggregate of the two straight lines for the latent image part 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
