PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a fastener member such as a bolt and a surface of a layered rubber are brought in contact with each other when a displacement rate in the horizontal direction is large, and to reduce the cost by omitting a fitting flange. SOLUTION: In a multi-stage type base isolation support device 30 formed by connecting a plurality of layered rubber supports 10 to each other in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through a stabilizing plate 30, a screw hole 15 is formed in end surface members 13 and 14 fixed to an upper side and a lower side of the layered rubber supports 10, and arrangement of the layered rubber supports in base isolation layers 32 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction are displaced from each other, and a bolt 40 are fastened to a fitting hole 39 of the stabilizing plate 31 and the screw hole 15 to assemble each layered rubber support 10.
