PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module capable of satisfying a requirement of its miniaturization while keeping an effective waterproof and its property with simple structure. SOLUTION: A power circuit part 1 including a bus bar 6 is arranged on the circuit-arrangement surface 2a of a heat dissipation member 2 through an insulation layer 22. A waterproof case 3 for covering the part 1 is arranged on the circuit arrangement surface side of the heat dissipation member 2 with covering the part 1. The member 2 and the case 3 are connected so as to sandwitch a seal memeber 4 shaped for surrounding the part 1. The covering of the part 1 by the case 3 with use of the member 2 provides an effective waterproof with simple structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
