PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display and a television receiver which can easily perform wiring and connecting peripherals such as a video recording and reproducing device, a DVD (digital versatile disc) reproducing device and an AV (audio and visual) appliance, which need not to wire the lines on a wall, etc. and which can store the peripherals. SOLUTION: The television receiver comprises a panel display, a rack for supporting the panel display, and a mechanism for opening and closing the panel display as a door of a storage provided with the rack.
