PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrule heating device facilitating the work of an operator in the case of installing the ferrule heating device to a work bench and performing the work of housing a ferrule to the holder of the ferrule heating device or the like, in the ferrule heating device for integrally and fixedly bonding the ferrule and an optical fiber inserted into the ferrule by using a thermosetting adhesive material. SOLUTION: In the ferrule heating device 1 for heating the ferrule and bonding the optical fiber and the ferrule, the holder 5 having a plurality of ferrule housing parts where the ferrule is freely housed and positioned and constituted of a heat conductive member, a holder heating part 9 for supporting the holder 5 and heating the holder, and a temperature control part 11 for controlling the temperature of the holder heating part 9, are provided separatly from one another.
