PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: only the exhausting of heat of a refrigerator is waste of energy and is wasteful; and a temperature difference cannot be obtained by only the moving of heat by integration of each other to cause an equilibrium state, and functions cannot be sufficiently exerted. SOLUTION: Respective cycles of cold storage and warm storage are made to be independent, and heat is exchanged by a heat exchanger to practically use the heat and cold air. Thereby, each the cycle does not come into the equilibrium state, and the functions of the cold storage and the warm storage can be utilized to reduce an energy loss. In the cycles, if outside air is practically used in the heat exchanger, only the function of the cold storage itself or the warm storage itself can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
