PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent thermal deformation due to uneven temperature distribution occurred along a front edge of a top plate 24 in burner combustion in a built-in cooking stove comprising an engaged and bent portion 240 formed by bending outer peripheral edge toward inside of the lower surface, the top plate 24 covering a case opening 20 of upper end of a body case 26 and a right and left pair of gas burners 30, 30 provided inside the body case 26 with a lateral interval. SOLUTION: This built-in cooking stove comprises a middle engaging piece 41 arranged along the front edge part of the case opening 20 of the body case 26 and positioned at a place corresponding between both the burner heads 31, 31, and a right and left pair of lateral engaging pieces 42, 42 positioning at places shifted laterally from the above place. The middle engaging piece 41 and the pair of lateral engaging pieces 42, 42 are engaged from upward with a region along the top plate front edge of the engaged and bent portion 240.
