PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make convenience of storage at a non-use time excellent and to improve safety without a possibility of gas leakage, without impairing operability of a rotating operation knob of a mixed gas regulator. SOLUTION: A main male screw part 22a screwed into a female screw part provided in a mounting hole 21 communicated with a mixed gas passage 3, a mounting male screw part 22b having a smaller diameter than that of the main male screw part 22a and an annular recessed groove 22c are provided on an operation shaft 22 constituting a gas amount regulator 2 interposed in the mixed gas passage 3 to communicate a burner 5 and a gas cylinder 1. The rotating operation knob 25 is formed by a linear member for bending an engagement shaft part 25a at both ends and the engagement shaft part 25a is formed to have a smaller width dimension than that of the annular recessed groove 22c. The engagement shaft part 25a of the rotating operation knob 25 is rotatably passed through a through hole 24a punched into the mounting member 24 and is loosely fitted into the annular recessed groove 22c to be engaged to rotatably fit the rotating operation knob 25 with the engagement shaft part 25a as a center.
