PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hour for assembling variable valve components to a cylinder head by assembling a plurality of variable valve components in advance as much as possible. SOLUTION: The variable valve components composed of a sprint retainer 7, a cotter 14, a valve spring 6, a lower spring receiver 12 and a lip seal 13 are bonded in advance to be assembled as one component.
