PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-tank type thermal storage oil pan capable of ensuring stable oiling regardless of tilting of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The two-tank type thermal storage oil pan comprises an inner tank directly receiving and storing lubricating oil of high temperature flowing back from an engine body; and an outer tank storing the inner tank, and receiving and storing the lubricating oil through the inner tank. The lubricating oil is supplied from the inner tank to the engine body. Against the position of the outer tank, the inner tank is supported so as to rotate about at least one axis.
