PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having gas-barrier property wherein gas-barrier property and hot water resistance are excellent and gas-barrier property after hot water treatment is not deteriorated, and to provide a film, having gas-barrier property, threof. SOLUTION: The resin composition having gas-barrier property is composed of an acrylamide polymer, a compound having at least two of an N-alkylol group or an N-alkylol ether group that can react to crosslink with an acid amide group, an acidic material and an inorganic layered compound.
