PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular support body having a lead paper fitted thereto when a film or a sheet is manufactured, capable of eliminating the need of performing a re-winding step for providing the lead paper at the time of printing, allowing the film or the sheet to be wound by using a normal winding device when the film or the sheet is manufactured, and manufacturable at a very low cost, and a method of winding the film or the sheet by using the tubular support body. SOLUTION: In this tubular support body for winding the film or the sheet comprising a core 2, the lead paper 3, an adhesive part 4, and a perforated line 5, a. the lead paper 3 is wound on the core 2, b. the tip portion of the lead paper 3 is adhered to a lower layer lead paper 3L through the adhesive part 4, and c. the core 2 and the lead paper 3 having the perforated line 5 between the end of the adhesive part 4a at the end portion of the lead paper and the end of the adhesive part 4b with the lower layer lead paper 3L are formed integrally with each other.
