PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely sterilize the inside of a container by preliminarily sterilizing by heating a part of the container of which the temperature does not rise to a sufficient temperature required for the sterilization only by a hot filling and a reverse sterilization, and to manufacture a product which is good in the qualities of the container and a content liquid as well.
