The invention relates to nanoparticles used for the administration of active ingredients, the method of producing said nanoparticles and compositions containing same. The inventive nanoparticles comprise a chitosan, glucomanna n, at least one active ingredient and, if necessary, an anionic salt, preferabl y in sodium tripolyphosphate form. Said nanoparticles can be used to administe r active ingredients to a human or animal body.
