<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device enabling a bearing center controlled assembling without providing first and second bearings with reference holes or reference surfaces highly precisely regulating the positioning relation with a bearing hole and the attitude relation. <P>SOLUTION: The first bearing 5 is retained in a prescribed position in a cylindrical shell 1 retained immovably, and a rotary shaft and the second bearing are inclined to the central axis of the first bearing at a prescribed force with the first bearing and the second bearing 6 fitted in the prescribed position of the rotary shaft 4. A relative inclined-movement limit of the second bearing to the first bearing, when the rotary shaft and the second bearing are swung, and the moving limit of the first bearing in the orthogonal direction to the central axis are detected, and a target position and a target attitude of the second bearing to the first bearing are found based on the information of the movement limit. Then, the second bearing is positioned in the target position and the target attitude, is retained in the state, and fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
