<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the necessity of attaining a high speed for a light source driving section when high-speed recording is carried out while it is impossible to accurately record the mark of a predetermined length. <P>SOLUTION: When the recording data of a mark length which is the integral multiple of a recording channel clock cycle T is recorded, a set of a rear part heating pulse and a rear part cooling pulse is increased every time the mark length of the recording data is doubled with respect to the recording channel clock cycle T. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
