<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance system for a communication karaoke device for collecting data required after the operation of the system was actually started and processing a data request without stopping the function as the karaoke device once. <P>SOLUTION: A command received from a host is not immediately processed but the command is once stored in a main storage part 2.
