<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin-made oil storage tank of a few processes by using a die slide injection method. <P>SOLUTION: For the method for manufacturing the resin-made oil storage tank, in the method for manufacturing the resin-made oil storage tank of a power steering oil hydraulic pump for an automobile comprising a tank main body having a pouring opening in a lower part and an exhaust opening in an upper part; and a strainer 7 separating the pouring opening from the exhaust opening inside the tank, an upper part component 2 and a lower part component 3 are integrally molded by using a die sliding injection method. Further, in a joining structure using the die sliding injection method, a section shape at a joining end of each divided body of an upper part and a lower part is of an edge-like convex state and the joining structure wherein an annular outer peripheral part of the strainer is made an inner wall, is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
