<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter with a rotating function for an endoscope treatment tool, with which a distal end treatment member of the treatment tool is surely rotated around a shaft by operation from a side of the hand by simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The adaptor is provided with: a flexible tube 11 which is formed of a member having both of flexibility and rotation follow-up property, in which a treatment tool pass-through hole 12 to which the treatment tool 20 is freely put in and out, is formed through a longitudinal direction, which is put into and out from the inside of a treatment tool insertion channel 33 of the endoscope 30 from the side of the hand and which has a length for reaching a vicinity of the distal end from the end on the hand side of the treatment tool insertion channel 33; a treatment tool connection means 15 for connecting the treatment tool 20 in the state of being inserted to the treatment tool pass-through hole 12 with a part in the neighborhood of the distal end of the flexible tube 11 in a state where they are not rotated relatively around the shaft; and a rotation operation member 16 connected to a proximal end side of the flexible tube 11 for performing operation for rotating the flexible tube around the shaft from the hand side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
