<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production line for cement clinker comprising a rotating drum reactor vessel connected to the front end of a rotary kiln so that coarse lumps of a secondary fuel can be surely burned in the rotating drum reactor vessel and the thermal energy generated thereby can evenly and effectively be transferred to cement raw material powders. <P>SOLUTION: A partial flow tube 32 for tertiary air guided from a clinker cooler 22 to a calcination device 17, a means for supplying an easy-to-ignite fuel 34 and the secondary fuel 11 which is difficult to ignite or burn, and a partial flow tube 33 for the cement raw material powders are connected to an inlet end for solids of the rotating drum reactor vessel 31. A carrying out end of the rotating drum reactor vessel 31 is connected through a carrying out conduit 35 for solid residues to a passage for the tertiary air and/or a passage for exhaust gas of the rotary kiln of the calcination device 17 and/or an inflow chamber 20 of the rotary kiln. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
