<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination appointment processor and a medical examination appointment processing program for making an appointment with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This medical examination appointment processor is provided with: a prearranged diagnosis and treatment contents acquiring part 510 for acquiring the contents of prearranged diagnosis and treatment to be performed to a patient having an appointment; a diagnosis and treatment-required time predicting part 520 for predicting diagnosis and treatment-required time for the patient having the appointment on the basis of the required time included in diagnosis and treatment information of the same diagnosis and treatment contents as the diagnosis and treatment contents acquired by the acquiring part 510 among pieces of diagnosis and treatment information stored in a diagnosis and treatment information by contents storage device 560 for storing diagnosis and treatment information including contents of diagnosis and treatment performed to the patient and his/her required time; an appointable time period storage part 530 for storing a time period when an appointment for diagnosis and treatment is acceptable; and an appointable time period presenting part 540 for searching for and presenting an appointable time period equal to or longer than the diagnosis and treatment-required time.
