<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled asphalt mixture capable of shortening a strength development time after application. <P>SOLUTION: The asphalt mixture uses a crushed product of a crushed asphalt concrete waste. In the asphalt mixture, industrial gasoline No. 5 is used. Thereby, the strength development time after the application is shorter and the development strength is higher than those where kerosene is used.
