PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight dynamic balance adjusting machine for accurately measuring a minute unbalance of a high-speed rotor and adjusting it. SOLUTION: The adjusting machine is provided with a reference mark sensor which detects a reference rotation phase mark on a rotating body to be adjusted, a weight adding means which delivers liquid material on the surface of the body to be adjusted and attaches / solidifies it thereto, a moving means which moves a delivering position relatively in circumferential and radial directions of the body to be adjusted respectively, and a control means which calculates vector components of a plurality of weighting points and weight values on the basis of inputs from the reference mark sensor and information of the weighting points and the weight values being input in order to adjust the dynamic balance of the body to be adjusted, thereby controlling the amount of delivered liquid material from the weight adding means and its movement.
