PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polysilane compound which has reactivity, preferably the reactivity in cation polymerization, can be cured by heat, and gives a cured product high in transparency, heat resistance, and insulation properties. SOLUTION: This polysilane compound has at least one kind of group selected from the group consisting of epoxy-containing groups, oxetane-containing groups, and vinyl ether-containing groups.
