PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is unclear whether a fault is caused by a regulating system when the fault occurs in a device because a counter for output impedance adjustment can not conventionally read and write from the outside and an impedance adjustment value because of having no up/down suppression function from the regulating system. SOLUTION: An information processor in which an adjustment counter 15 is counted up/down by a comparison result of an output of a replica buffer 14 with a reference potential 51, a transistor of the replica buffer 14 is turned on/off by a count value to adjust an output impedance, and a converged count value turns on/off a transistor of a main buffer 18 through a selection circuit 16 and a prebuffer 17 is provided with a read path 34 from a diagnostic processor 300 connected to an adjusting part, a write path 31, a card/LSI selection signal 32 and an address signal 33, selects the adjustment counter 15 with an address, reads a counter value from the diagnostic processor and writes a counter value to the diagnostic processor.
