PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control wasteful communication expenses and unnecessary labor by sending no wasteful duplicate messages having an identical description in delivering a message. SOLUTION: Information distribution system distributing information on distribution of interest through a network to a specified distribution destination comprises: a reception section 1 receiving through the network the message sent from a customer requesting the distribution; an identical message detection section 4 detecting whether information having the identical description as that in the message received by the reception section 1 is received or not; and a notice message generation section 7 generating a notice informing that the information is received to the customer requesting the delivery when the identical message detection section 4 detects that the information having the identical description as that in the message is received.
