PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage circuit which has a small temperature drift of its reference voltage. SOLUTION: Output voltages of a first depletion MOS reference voltage circuit 10 whose output voltage Vref1 has a positive temperature coefficient and a second depletion MOS reference voltage circuit 20 whose output voltage Vref2 has a positive temperature coefficient are inputted to an adding circuit 30 and averaged and the averaged voltage is adjusted by a noninverting amplifier circuit 40 to a given voltage, thus obtaining a reference voltage circuit which generates a reference voltage with small temperature drift.
