INVASION DETECTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect information on an invader within a monitoring area. SOLUTION: The invasion detection system is provided with: a number of leader antennas 3 buried under the floor within a monitoring area 1; a camera 5 for picking up images within the monitoring area; an ID tag 6 carried with a person who enters and leaves the monitoring area; and an arithmetic processing unit 4 for judging whether a person enters/leaves the monitoring area or not based upon detecting signals from the leader antennas and image pickup information from the camera. When an image of a person is picked up on the camera in spite of no reaction of the ID tag, it is detected as invasion of an unauthorized person. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
