摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate and efficient power supply voltage fluctuation analysis method which reduces analysis time for seeking a power supply voltage fluctuation due to a circuit operation regarding a semiconductor integrated circuit. SOLUTION: The method includes a circuit operation calculation process S12 which calculates the circuit operation in chronological order on the basis of circuit information 11 on and an input vector 13 of the circuit of a simulation target; a time limitation process S13 which defines the time range of a simulation for calculating a power supply voltage fluctuation value based on circuit operation data 14 in chronological order which are generated in the circuit operation calculation process S12; and a power supply voltage fluctuation simulation process S14 which performs a power supply voltage fluctuation simulation on the basis of limiting time range 15 defined in the time limitation process S13, circuit information 12 with parasitic element data added to and the input vector 13.
