PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone with a camera easily to make a user awake. SOLUTION: A control circuit outputs a melody (step S11) and determines the on setting of a flash (step S12) when a prescribed time is determined to have come (step S10), and when continuous emission is determined, the circuit controls a light emitting part so as to continuously emit light (steps S13, S14).
