PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset signal generating apparatus capable of more surely and automatically resetting an electronic circuit mounted on a network apparatus or the like reaching a disabled control state. SOLUTION: The reset signal generating apparatus is provided with: an antenna body 1 for detecting a noise signal and producing and outputting a noise voltage corresponding to the detected noise signal; and a reset signal output section 2 for generating a reset signal to initialize the electronic circuit 3 and outputting the reset signal to the electronic circuit 3 when the produced noise voltage is greater or smaller than a prescribed voltage.
