PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equally open and close inlet dampers of two suction casings of a double suction centrifugal fan with two drive devices. SOLUTION: A first and a second inlet damper 12a, 22a of a first and a second suction casing 10, 20 are fixed on a first drive shaft 43 rotationally driven by a first drive device 40. First inlet dampers 12c, 12e are interlocked with the first inlet damper 12a by an interlocking member 14 and second inlet dampers 22c, 22e are interlocked with the second inlet damper 22a by an interlocking member 24. The first and a second inlet damper 12b, 22b are fixed on a second drive shaft 53 rotationally driven by a second drive device 50. Second inlet dampers 22d, 22f are interlocked with the second inlet damper 22b by an interlocking member 25 and first inlet dampers 12d, 12f are interlocked with the first inlet damper 12b by an interlocking member 15.
