PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire shutter apparatus capable of securing a wide and flat evacuation opening easy for a wheelchair user to pass through, without narrowing a usual passage width within a limited space inside a building. SOLUTION: Pin members 42a slidably engaged with shutter rails 33 on both sides of a passage A are formed at the lower end part of a lower unit panel 42, and an energizing mechanism 6 is connected to energize a lower shutter body 4 to the ceiling R side.
