PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof tile adhering bag and a clay tile roofing construction method for preventing dislocation and falling or scattering of a roof tile by a strong wind and an earthquake disaster by extremely simple work. SOLUTION: This roof tile adhering bag is constituted by sealing a caulking material or an adhesive in the bag 1 for bursting by artificially making pressurization. The clay tile roofing construction method juxtaposes and lays the roof tile in the pitch direction and the horizontal direction of a roof surface, and comprises an adhering process of loading either of the roof tile adhering bag 4 in at least one between the upper-lower roof tiles 5 and 5 laid on the roof surface or between the roof tile 5 and a backing, pressurizing the roof tile 5 existing on the roof tile adhering bag 4 from above, and hardening the caulking material or the adhesive by leaking out these from the roof tile adhering bag 4.
