PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized transfer device with a simple structure whereby torque for lifting a feeding part is reduced, in other words a load for lifting the feeding part is reduced. SOLUTION: A feeding motor roller 7 and a lifting motor roller 9 are fixed on a first side plate 14, and a lift frame 6 is swingably supported by a swinging arm 12. An eccentric cam 10 is rotated by the lifting motor roller 9, and a cam roller 11 is lifted so that a rotational center of the cam roller 11 abutting with the eccentric cam 10 draws a circle. In a condition that the length of a base belt 8 turned around a rotational shaft 7b of the feeding motor roller 7 and a pulley 4a is maintained, the lift frame 6 is lifted so as to be swung along the vertical direction with respect to the first side plate 14.
