<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for feeding an ingredient material by which the ingredient material in a prescribed amount is rapidly fed to a food tray in a line for producing a frozen food such as gratin. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for feeding the ingredient material has a plane face for carrying each four ingredient-feeding plates 3 arranged in lines in right and left sides, made of a synthetic resin and having each a quadrangular shape, and ingredient-feeding holes 6, an ingredient-feeding plate guide 7 installed in the outer periphery so as to be a picture frame, ingredient-dropping holes 21 formed at the right upper corner part, and a quadrangular sliding plate 4 made of a synthetic resin. The apparatus also has each three ingredient-feeding plates 3 arranged at the right and left sides in lines, ingredient-dropping hole shatters 4a and 4b, and 4c and 4d installed in the right front part and the left front part of the quadrangular sliding plate 4 respectively. Pneumatic cylinders 5 with push bars for longitudinally and laterally sending the ingredient-feeding plate 3 intermittently are installed in the front and rear, and right and left of the quadrangular sliding plate 4 respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
