<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid member for a low-temperature circulation water tank allowing easy opening of the lid member even if a pressure difference between a pressure inside the water tank and an external pressure becomes large. <P>SOLUTION: This lid member 10 for the low-temperature circulation water tank 12 has: a casing 14; the water tank 16; a refrigerant circulation passage 18 for circulating a refrigerant cooling water inside the water tank 16 by heat exchange inside the casing 14; a cooler 20 cooling the refrigerant circulating through the refrigerant circulation passage 18; a heat exchanger 22 heat-exchanging the water inside the water tank 16 by the refrigerant cooled by the cooler 20; an intake port 24; an exhaust port 26; and a fan 28 sucking air into the casing 14 from the intake port 24, discharging the air from the exhaust port 26. The lid member 10 has release means 36, 38 capable of being installed to an opening part of the water tank 16 in a closing state inside the water tank 16, bringing the inside of the water tank 16 into a release state wherein the inside of the water tank 16 is released from the closing state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
