<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve in a cross-sectoral manner, individual medical treatment record information managed centrally by keywords of a case or a disease name, and areas, and to reply the acquired relevant information to individual members or medical doctors. <P>SOLUTION: A health care information system is provided with a health care information database 46 in which medical treatment record information by individuals including medical examination date, a medical institution name corresponding to the content of medical examination and medical examination date, and a medical doctor name is registered from a medical doctor terminal and stored, and a contact database 47 in which a medical institution name and a location area name are matched and registered beforehand. When a keyword such as a disease name or a case, and an area name are inputted and searching of a case is required, the system is also provided with a means to search a contact database 47 by the above area name and extract corresponding medical institution names, to search the medical treatment record information into which the extracted medical institution name is registered by the above keyword, to acquire the medical treatment record information including the same keywords and to transmit to the above individual terminal 10 or the above medical doctor terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
