<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device allowing technical personnel having gone through average training and having average ability to prepare a defect-free specimen by remarkably enlarging specimen preparing speed to improve the quality of an instantaneous immobilized structure specimen to be tested, improving the reliability and reproducibility of specimen preparation, and facilitating operational technical process during specimen preparation. <P>SOLUTION: This biopsy specimen treatment device for taking out a biopsy specimen from tissue and transferring it to a specimen holder, has (a) a guide member 15, (b) a slider 21 replaceable and slidable on the guide member and used for carrying a flat plate-shaped specimen receiving platelet 5, (c) the receiving platelet replaceable on the slider and having a specimen receiving space for receiving therein the biopsy specimen 3, and (d) a specimen transfer device having at least one vertical extension hole for introducing a plurality of devices for transferring the specimen from a specimen receiving part of a biopsy needle 1 to the receiving space in the receiving platelet and replaceable and slidable on the guide member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
