PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit an operation by a single-phase constraint energization to once even if an open phase occurs in any power source line while a reverse rotation preventing function is provided and to provide high reliability and high safety by protecting against a refrigerant leakage or the like.

SOLUTION: One side of an operating coil 1L is connected to a neutral point terminal 2N of one overload protective unit 2R, and other side of the coil 1L is connected between other overload protective unit 2T and a contact 1T of an electromagnetic contact unit 1 via a contact 5A of a reverse preventing unit 5 and a contact of a thermal switch 21. A resistor 5R of the preventing unit 5 is connected between one overload protective unit 12R and a contact 1S of the contact unit1, and a relay coil 5L of the preventive unit 5 is connected to the neutral point terminal 2N of other overload protective unit 5.
